What I will print

I have a size limitation on my printers. The largest item is approximately 7.5 X 7.5 X 8 inches tall. The smallest is approximately .5 inch square up to approximately 4 inches high. The product doesn’t have to be square, as long as the shape fits inside 7.5 inch square, I will try to make it. I will not print anything that I consider not safe for work, or something you would hide from your mother.

If you want something from a model sharing site like thingyverse.com or myminifactory.com I will check the license for use. Most are not for commercial use and have attribution. I will print only 2 copies of the item, and put the attribution in a non-conspicuous area. On thingyverse, most designers accept tips, I think it fair to tip at least $1, you can either tip the designer yourself or add a tip to your bill. On myminifactory, there are many free models, where you can also tip the designer, many designs are for sale from $1.00 and up. Any costs associated will be billed.

Costs

Generally, the cost will vary depending on the quality of the print.

• Draft will have thicker layers, the layers will be visible, and the product will be weak, easy to break. Not recommended unless used for a general idea of what the item will look like or to test for size and fit.
• Standard uses thinner layers – good general strength and ascetics. Can be used to display proudly
• High quality uses fine layer (.1 mm/ .004 inches) Layer lines will be nearly invisible. Top shelf proudly display.

Costs will be calculated by weight. Currently

• Regular PLA+ is $0.04 per gram
• Special PLA+ is $0.05 per gram (Silk Copper, Gold, Silver, White)**
• PETG is $0.044
• PETG in Translucent colors is $0.048
• TPU is $0.047

** Silk Copper, Gold, Silver and White are glossy colors (not the metals)

All costs will be agreed upon before I print, and products will not be shipped until payment is received. Shipments will be made 1 to 4 days after order, larger items and items with many parts may take longer to produce and will be shipped as soon as possible. You will be notified of approximate expected delivery.

If you want something that is like a kit, and needs assembled, I will put it together to test for function and fit before shipped. You can decide if you want to put it together yourself, or leave it assembled.

I will accept payments to my PayPal account. I will hold payments for 30 days after expected delivery date. You’re satisfaction is highest priority. Notify me prior to 30 days of any issues you have, I will either remake the item at no charge, or refund all money paid excluding designer costs (ie myminifactory sales).

Communications Initial communications will be by email. If needed, telephone calls can be arranged to discuss details of the order.
